What I collect and why
If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, optional organisation, and message you provide — solely to read and reply to your message. Supplying these details is voluntary; without an email address I cannot reply.
Who processes it
The form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form provider, which delivers your message to my personal email inbox. To deliver it, your details are necessarily shared with Formspree as a processor; they may be processed and stored on servers outside New Zealand. They are not sold, and are not shared for marketing or any other purpose.
Hosting & analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves the pages and may collect standard, aggregate request/analytics data (such as IP address and page views) to deliver and protect the site. No advertising trackers are used.
Retention
Messages are retained only as long as needed to correspond with you and keep a reasonable record, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent at any time by emailing clayton@hubbardhq.nz.
